In case of non-availability of Return pick-up provision, the customers are required to initiate return themselves by sending the item(s) via courier for receiving complete refund. Any courier charges paid by the customer are refunded as per the returns policy when a copy of courier invoice or details are shared with the customer support team. For successful return the customers are advised to repack the item(s) safely in the original packaging and keep the tags intact. The product should be in its original condition without any damage or use. The original packaging box is required to be sent containing the item(s).
